Laytime & Costing Analyst

We are seeking a “Laytime & Costing Analyst ” who will be reporting directly to department manager, to be a part of our chartering&operation department and be responsible for supporting 

for” laytime and vessel costing and operation issues” day-to-day and continuously improving the operation for our company. 

Job Description:

• Making laytime calculations correctly, negotiating with 3rd parties, tracing and closing of files both trade and ownership side.
• Tracing, vessels demurrage, despatch and opex /voyage expenses and other related payments of vessels daily and weekly,
• Collecting / analyzing/ recording invoices and accounts basis vessel costing system
• Tracing payment of the invoices 
• Preparing budget for vessels weekly

• Tracing instruction of managers and advise feedback accordingly.

Requirements / Competencies:

 
•            Degree in Faculty of Maritime and Business Administration highly preferred,
•            Technical knowledge in the laytime calculation and at least 1 year experience for laytime calculation,
•            Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
•            Good command of MS Office Applications,
•            Solid planning, organization, time-management, coordination and multitask skills.
•            Great communicator, ability to work very closely with other departments and colleagues
•            Strong reporting ability
•            Open to personal and business improvement, suitable for corporate identity work,
•            Highly motivated and result-oriented,
