We are looking for "Senior Maintenance Engineer”  will take a role in the overall mainteance operations with the qualifications below;

• Graduated from Electric-Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering departments in universities,
• Minimum 3 years experience on the maintenance systems of the manufacturing plants
• Experienced in preventing maintenance actions and PLC & Inverter systems
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good team player, self-diciplined, result-oriented with planing and organization skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Locating Manisa, İzmir or willing to relocate

Job Description

• Maintenance  both mechanical & electrical  of overall Infrastructure including land, building, plant & machineries
• To prepare and implement autonomous / preventive maintenance Plan for the plant & machineries as per manufacturer recommendation
• Work towards achieving zero breakdown of equipment and machineries and minimise line stoppage due to non availability of equipment
• Quick response to breakdowns if any diagnosing faults, repairing equipment and minimise down time
• To coordinate / establish contracts with all facility suppliers related to Civil, structural, mechanical & electrical equipment
• Record, control, consumption of consumables such as power, water, natural gas etc.
• Provide the on the job training the mainteance staff
• Periodical Calibrations and inspection of the facilities such as Hoist, tackles, material handling and lifting equipment
• To coodinate with safety and enviromental consultant to perform the legal procedures.
