General Qualifications

For our growing organisation we are looking 'Production Supervisor' for our company functionally reporting to General Manager , will take a role in tractor assembly area.

• Graduated from relevant engineering departments esp.Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in production (assembly)
• Fluency in English
• Lean manufacturing experience is an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong team leading skills, ability to build and motivate team according to volumes
• Military service is completed for male candidates
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Locating Manisa, İzmir or willing to relocate

Job Description

• Ownership of the manufacturing process and develops improvements to increase robustness, reduce failures,
  
• Plan, supervise, optimize production process by identifying problems
• Will be responsible for the tractor production line
• Share the leadership production of Turkey operations
• Manage the team to achieve the respective departmental targets
• Participate in Internal / External quality system audit responsibilities
• To ensure adherence of process defined by PED through engineering docs such as Operation standarts  and Quality control process charts
• To ensure assembly output per plan.
• Identification of training needs for bluecollars and coordinate with HR
• Initiation of correction, corrective action for NCR and suggestions 
• To coordinate with R&D, PED for assembly of New products.
• To coordinate with PED for work instruction / process checkpoints
• Implement correction, corrective actions for the NCR and suggestions identified in External / Internal audit.
• Assess Competency requirements and fulfill training needs of the personnel
