GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Farmasi is looking for a HR Specialist to join Global HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle of recruitment - Effectively works with the business unit managers and understands the needs, the requirements of the open positions, headhunting, searching, conducting initial phone screens/face to face interviews, job offers, contracts, reference checks
  • Be the first point of contact for all employees regarding  to all HR processes, systems and practices. (i.e. general employee matters, performance evaluation, recruitment, on boarding, talent management and organizational change)
  • Administering the Pargesoft HRIS system
  • Assist in performance management and regular follow up meetings
  • Supporting the orientation of new hires to company processes, policies and standards
  • Communicates and works with business units proactively and in close contact to deliver value-added HR services and develop integrated solutions
  • Ensuring the compliance to HR Policies and Procedures by all employees
  • Ensuring the Labor Law compliance of all HR processes
  • Provide effective employee services, right solutions and be responsible of employee management
  • Create motivational environment, organize events to create and keep the positive working environment
  • Monitor employee performance and and take career development actions, provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Prepare reports to the management based on the HR metrics that requested
  • Administer the disciplinary processes if needed
  • Maintain remuneration and benefits according to jobs and gradings
  • Updating job descriptions, org chart, along with salary records
  • Create internal commucanitaion emails


Person Profile:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience
  • Bachelor degree from well known Universities
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, mainly in recruitment practices, performance management, compensation
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Prioritizes work duties for maximum efficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both English and Turkish, verbal and written)
  • Positive mind with a right attitude
  • Motivational, supportive, agile, achiever with a down to earth approach
