Desired Skills and Experience

• University degree in Computer/Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Civil Aviation Management or relevant field of study
• +4 years of experience in related fields
• Experience in analysis, design and test processes of software projects
• Work experience in Airline, Airport or Aviation industry is a plus
• Experience in Software QA/QC processes is preferred
• Experience in IBM Rational Functional Tester and Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus
• Project management experience and/or PMP Certificate will be an asset
• Fluency in English for written and oral communication
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments with ease
• No military obligation for male candidates                    
• Business and systems modelling skills using BPMN and/or UML
• Proficient use of MS Office programs (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Visio)
• Experience with developing SQL queries

Job description

• Conducting client interview processes, and gathering and compiling information
• Defining business and functional requirements and workflows
• Prioritizing requirements and creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
• Analyzing requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensuring the system design fits the user needs
• Assisting the Project Manager in coordinating resources
• Writing and executing test plans in accordance with analysis documents
• Researching and identifying flaws in applications before they are released to the public; participating in the analysis and resolution of issues processes
• Developing and maintaining the roadmap of the software products in the company’s portfolio
• Coordinating the training for operational and admin users
• Compiling User's Manuals and conducting on-site training sessions for operations and admin staff
• Playing a role in pre-sales processes of the software solutions
• Fulfilling responsibilities regarding the information security management system
