• Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences, electronics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of technical work experience.
• Very good communication skills to accept end user calls in a professional way
• Technical certifications will be an advantage but not required.
• Ability to adopt standards including system change management and project management practices.
• Detail oriented, organized and possess self-management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, team player, able to set priorities and manage to deadlines.
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
• Fluency in English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Accepting calls and emails from end users and 3rd party companies.
• Monitoring the availability of the complete IT Infrastructure
• Documenting reported incidents or observed outages/anomalies from monitoring systems in a professional service management tool
• Analyzing the issue and fixing the problem.
• Escalation of the incident to engineering teams, in case a proper solution cannot be found.
• Communication of incidents according to defined processes

• Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Servers and roles, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO Etc.),
• Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux server/client operating systems
• Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Middleware solutions (Apache Tomcat, JBoss etc.)
• Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Backup Solutions
• Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of VLAN separated Local Area Networks
• Basic configuration knowledge of Wide Area Network and Security Systems
• Knowledge in Virtualization platforms is a plus
• Provide expedited resolution and 7x24 support for mission-critical systems.
• Performing daily Routine Tasks and monitoring objectives (Log, Alert and Performance monitoring of Windows and Linux Servers, Critical Business Applications and Network Infrastructure)
• ITIL Skill set requirements
