Basic and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Min. 3 years of IT experience as Business Analyst or similiar position
• Experience in F&B sector is an asset
• Knowledge in the areas of application programming and system design
• Got extensive knowledge and experience on Relational Databases and especially MSSQL
• Got experience on BI Tools (Power BI / Qlikview / QlikSense etc.)
• Logo Tiger& Related Softwares, EBA, Panorama knowledge is a plus
• Warehouse Management System, ERP Software experience is an asset
• Team-work oriented, proactive and result oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English
  
• Strong analytical thinking abilities and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to plan, prioritize requests and meet deadlines

Job Description

• Collaborate with Product owners and other business stakeholders to understand the needs and to develop business requirements
• Took an active role in the process of design and make the necessary business plan for the fulfillment of the requirements and make developers/consultants change system design
• Communicate and present technical solutions for business problems to business stakeholders and business owners
• Managing different models of integrations between ERP and other solutions
• Facilitate discussions with technology team and business users to define user stories
• Understanding the vision and product business requirements, translating these into appropriate product documentation
• Conduct user acceptance testing and report the bugs to ensure that deliverables meet the initial requirements
• High self-awareness on project course and ability to take initiative on occasions
• Work continuously on Business Process optimization
• Conduct current state analysis in order to help design future state processes and prioritize the tasks and features according the business plan.
