TB Sewtech Turkey (TBSTR), has been operating in Duzce, Cilimli, manufacturing seat covers for Toyota and BMW since 2013.

Our company, which has a capacity of approximately 280.000 cover sets per year, supplies products to a wide market in Europe.

Job Description:

·        Ensuring the responsibility for the definition of the complete process for the projects,

·        Planning and implementing new products and or changes to manufacturing process,

·        Providing manufacturing, engineering and maintenance supporting to production unit,

·        Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency,

·        Reporting and preparing Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, Layouts, APQP activities responsible for any changes to products or equipment from engineering changes,

·        Propose the adaptation of the product to optimize the process in the respect of the schedule of conditions produced and to guarantee robust solutions,

·        Controlling the respect and the update of the engineering procedures and standarts,

·        Preparing technical specifications for new machines, managing its launching process,

·        Responsible from Process Control system, Plant Reliability/Maintenance and Improvement projects,

·        Planning, developing and improving production methods and industrial processes,

·        Standardization of production processes, machines and equipment,

·        Participating in new project team meetings, managing & following new projects to sustain project status,

·        Analyzing feasibility of the new products, determining the production processes, necessary tools , equipment and investments,

·        For new and existing products designing tools, apparatus & fixtures, ensuring order is placed and managing its status,

·        Following up serial production problems, creating permanent / temporary resolutions,

          Qualifications:

·        University degree in Mechanical, Electric or Mechatronic Engineering, 

           An analytical mind with result oriented working style

           Ability to propose creative and pro-active problem solving

·        Willingness to learn, Functions well under pressure, Knowledge management, perform effectively in a deadline environment, Process improvement, Analytical approach to problems, Problem solving, Team work and good relationship.

·        Analytical thinking and strong reporting, organizational skills and attention to details

·        General knowledge about mechanical and electrical systems,

·        Experience on hydraulic circuits, mechanical & pneumatic systems,

·        CAD/CAM  software knowledge is a plus,

·        Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,

·        Having experience with IATF-16949 Quality System is plus

·        Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

·        Able to travel abroad for training/business,

·        Driving license with experience,

·        Completed military service for male candidates,

·        Living or able to live in Duzce.
