QUALIFICATIONS  

·         B.Sc degree from reputable universities in Turkey or abroad; preferably Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS 

·         Minimum 4 years experience as business analyst especially worked in credit process projects, web service integrations, XML

·         Competency in SQL, Ms Office, RPA, Agile methodologies

·         Experience in business process, UI/UX design, screen and data preparation

·         Strong problem solving and communication skills 

·         Ability collaborate with technical and business teams

·         Good communication with related parties in project management process

·         Good knowledge in technical documentation process

·         Excellent communication skills in English 

·         Male candidates should have no military obligations

JOB DESCRIPTION 

·         Analyzing the business needs, preparation technical documentation process

·         Project management: responsible from feasibility, time plan, monitoring and good delivery of the projects

·         Work closely with business teams in order to collect requirements

·         Identify potential risks, needs, assess compatibility and compliance of business requirements; propose alternatives if needed

·         Prepare detailed analysis covering all impacted tasks : high level system design, integration analysis

·         Document functional and user test scenarios 

·         Process functional tests and coordinate user tests

·         Run tasks after go live

·         Document user manuals and train users about new implementations
