QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Manager with Compensation&Reporting background

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager/Business Partner to be a part of TEB Arval HR team.

 

Reporting to HR & Admin Director, you collaborate with the Business Units in supporting decision making processes, creating impact on results of the Company by recruiting, retaining, rewarding, and developing best talents; along with a close monitoring of HR figures, costs and reports.

 

As HR Manager, you implement and design TEB Arval’s human resources services, policies, and programs.

 

This role is your entry into a growing career path in Arval world.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manages recruitment and selection activities across the company to ensure we attract high quality candidates who can contribute to the growth and success of the businesses. Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires.
  • Acts as central point of contact for L&D initiatives and programs; support management on the execution of training plans
  • Manages headcount planning process; prepares annual personnel budget and reports & monitors and updates during the year by closely cooperating with Finance controlling teams
  • Participates and deploys HR projects at local level; in line with Arval’s global HR priorities
  •   Manages internal communication campaigns and employee engagement programs
  • Responsible for developing HR database, HR infrastructure, HR processes to improve employee experience and improve HR process efficiency
  • Connects with managers and employees for their general inquiries; assist daily operations of HR function

 

 

Succesfull Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in HR related disciplines; Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Pedagogical fields, etc,.
  •   At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluent in English, so as to manage meetings and corporate presentations when required
  •   Experience in Compensation & Benefits management & personnel costs and budget management

  • Energetic, proactive and able to build effective collaboration with all levels of the organization,
  •  Very good at planning & organization, so that s/he can manage multitasking environment at its best
  • No military obligation for male candidates
