Export Specialist (CIS Region)

• University graduate with bachelor's degree,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations and sales,
• Fluent in English and Russian,
• Good level of  ERP, CRM, MS  Office applications knowledge,
• Preferred SAP knowledge,
• High communication skills and persuasion,
• Analytical thinking and result oriented,
• Developed written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong planning and follow-up aspect,
• Advanced reporting and presentation skills,
• No restriction for worldwide travel,
• Military service must be completed for male candidate,

We are looking for teammates to be assigned to our head office in Istanbul/Ataşehir.

Job Description;

• Planning and implementing the necessary business and activity plans to achieve the determined annual export targets,
• Examining the developments in the foreign market, sales and price policies of competing companies and preparing market analysis reports containing these examinations,
• Market research in relevant countries, communicating with customers, preparing offers and carrying out relevant operational processes,
• Planning transportation organizations and tracking shipments,
• Carrying out the operational process,
• Following customs procedures,
• Controlling, reporting and archiving completed transactions.
• Preparation of all documents required for export,
• Following the current movements of foreign customers,
• Determining marketing and market entry strategies,
• Managing and carrying out all commercial communication activities with existing and potential customers,
• Planning and managing international fair participation activities,
