QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

As the International Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in international markets. You will work closely with the sales team, implement strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure the success of our products on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement territorial sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Develop product, roll-out and sales strategies.
  • Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Work closely with factory, marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Lead negotiations for sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on home appliances industry.
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of product groups.
  • Deep knowledge of OEM business, preferably in home appliances field. Existing customer portfolio is a big plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at an international level
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global business environment.

Very good spoken and written English and French.
