MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

TEKFEN Engineering is looking for a senior specialist for its Operational Excellence Department in it’s main office in İstanbul. The roles and responsibilities are as follow:

Roles and Responsibilities:

-          To work as quality management specialist of the Operational Excellence Division of TEKFEN Engineering

-          Be responsible for the implementation, management, and control of the management systems to be in compliance with ISO 9001,QUALITYISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

-          Monitor, plan, and act for controlling performance of each element of quality management system regarding compliance, competency, resources, culture, and documentation

-          Be the main point of contact in collaboration with certification bodies on behalf of TEKFEN Engineering for the activities related to maintaining compliance to ISO Management Systems

-          Participate executive review meetings of the company for quality management system and track the status of corrective actions

-          Develop the quality management plan of the engineering projects and participate in relevant meetings with other parties concerned

-          Define, track, and report the company quality criteria and KPIs

-          Arrange, coordinate, and report the outcome of internal and external audits

-          Collaborate with engineering departments for initiating corrective actions and preventive measures when necessary

-          Analyze audit results, non-conformity reports of services, major complaints and feedbacks from customers and plan corrective actions, accordingly

-          Review the effectiveness of resource management in the company (e.g., manpower, hardware, materials, power, etc.)

-          Continuously review, follow up and update enterprise risk register

-          Collect training records on ethics and report to the Holding

-          Follow up compliance with the regulations and guidelines of the Holding and collaborate with relevant Holding functions on the subject, as required

-          Ensure full compliance of the business activities with laws, regulations, and any other legislative requirements

-          Follow-up near-miss events and incidents to ensure they are properly reported, and the relevant corrective actions are taken

General Requirements:

-          Minimum BS degree in engineering

-          Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards.

-          5+ years of working experience preferably in engineering and design of facility projects

-          Certification on internal audit

-          Certification on risk management would be an asset

-          Fluency in English
