Required Qualifications 

• 10 years of experience in Budgeting and Reporting, Accounting and Finance, 
• 5 years of experience in team management, 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business and Economics related departments, 
• Certified Public Accountant, 
• Preferably experienced in independent audit company, 
• Fluent in English, 
• Preferably experienced in Agriculture, FMCG, Food or Retail sectors, 
• Preferably experienced Oracle ERP and Hyperion user, 
• Skilled in decision making, problem solving, planning and organization, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and presentation, 
• Follows global economic trends, proficient in risk financing, regulatory information, asset management, cost control and contracting processes, 
• Can travel domestically and internationally, 
• Active driver with a class B driving license. 

• Determining and using financial performance targets and criteria to ensure that Tekfen Agri financial resources are used in optimum efficiency, 
• Ensuring full compliance with national and international financial laws and regulations, 
• Ensuring that Tekfen Agri financials are prepared in accordance with the holding standards within the required period, 
• Preparing sales, cost and net income accounts of the company's financial development according to predetermined budget targets, as well as monthly and annual financial analysis charts, 
• Ensuring that the financial statements prepared by the Company at the end of each month, at each quarter and at the end of the year are prepared in accordance with UFRS and consolidating said statements, 
• Ensuring that all general accounting of the company is carried out in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting, generally accepted accounting principles and the provisions of the legislation, 
• Leading and controlling the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and tax returns by the accounting team, 
• Ensuring the coordination of relations with external auditors, tax consultants and tax authorities, 
• Providing that the financial relations with banks and financial institutions work at a healthy level, managing the company’s banking and financial institutions portfolio to minimize the resource risk, 
• Ensuring the short-term credit needs of the company are met and that short-term credit limits at banks are kept in balance, 
• Ensuring the daily liquidity needs of the company are met and performing the credit tender, Improving cash reporting and forecasting procedures, 
• Leading and developing their team by offering suggestions to improve their performance.
