Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for all human resources activities of Tekfen Agricultural Research Production and Marketing Inc., and will be based on Ulus/İstanbul

Job Description

This position will be reporting to Human Resources Coordinator. İdeal candidate will be responsible for all functions of the Human Resources Management including Career Management, Training&Development Management, Performance Management, Selection&Recruitment Management etc.

Planning and implementing company’s talent acquisition, organizational development and human resources strategies,

Managing and determining needs of company’s compensation and reward system,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from related universities such as Business Administration, Industrial Relations & Labour Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred)

Excellent command of English both written and spoken, additional foreign languages are an advantage,

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager/Chief in FMCG production, Agricultural companies or especially Organizational Development of corporate organizations,

Professional knowledge of MS Applications such as word, excel and power point

Professional knowledge of Oracle and Bilişim Payroll system

Professional knowledge in Turkish Labor Law and its applications,

Professional knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management,

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills,

Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues,

Self-motivated and initiative taker,

Ability to work independently, proactively with limited supervision and also as a team player when called upon.

Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates,

Must be free to travel domestic.

Ability to work under pressure, and in a changing environment.

Ability to maintain the security of confidential information.
