We are looking for a “Data Scientist” who will be a part of our CRM and Data Analytics team!

The position will be located in Maltepe/Istanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field (Engineering, Programming, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics etc.)
• Having an experience in at least one of Retail, Banking, Technology or Telecom sectors,
• Having a knowledge / experience in at least one of the data mining tools such as SPSS Modeler, SAS ,R ,Python etc.
• Eager to learn new tools,
• Interested in data analysis, modelling, segmentation and forecasting,
• Strong problem solving, analytical, result-oriented and communication skills,
• Highly motivated and able to work in a busy/dynamic schedule,
• Good command of English,

 Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Determining the analytical needs of the related departments,
• Working closely with related departments to contribute productivity,
• Analyzing business needs with data,
• Analyzing / modeling costumer data (churn analysis, customer profitability, life time value analysis ets.) for campaign studies,
• Taking a part in development customer-based reporting infrastructure,
• Working with marketing research firms and creating insights for related departments.
