IT Business Analyst - E-Commerce

Qualifications,

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines (Master’s degree will be a plus),

• Min. 5 years of related work experience in business analysis, including E-Commerce Technologies (preferably SAP Hybris)

• Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, business units, outsource parties and upper management

• Experience working with and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

• Knowledge of database architectures

• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills,

• Teamwork oriented, strong interpersonal skills

• Talent for driving change and continuous improvement,

• Fluency in English both written and verbal,

To,

• Ensure the continuity of the current e-commerce system,

• Provide a bridge role between IT and the business

• Research, identify and provide best-fit solutions to meet and exceed expectations of business units in e-commerce and integrated platforms (ERP, CRM etc)

• Actively involve in the conceptual design process of the IT projects

• Explore improvement opportunities of e-commerce system, and take necessary actions to implement

• Support the production with the best fit technical solutions in all projects throughout the company,

• Managing budget, contract and outsource resources
