QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or a higher degree from a reputable university in engineering, business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum seven (7) years experience as Mid-Level Manager in ISP (preferred) or ICT Business
  • Previous experience in product and business development role is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.Additional language is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the work of subordinates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work under pressure & strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven
  • Recognize, analyze and resolve challenges.

İŞ TANIMI

Teknotel Telekomünikasyon, a pioneer in ICT & data center services is looking for a success  oriented,  Assistant General Manager. 
 
Utilizing initiative and independent judgment, the Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in planning, directing and managing the day-to-day operations of Teknotel Telekomünikasyon’s operations, including product and business development, sales & marketing,  and governance related issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists the General Manager in planning, directing, representing and managing the day-to-day operations
  • Takes lead in developing new products, business strategies and models
  • Negotiates contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with ruling agencies such as BTK.  
  • Assures the coordination, implementation and administration of specific plans and programs to include: matters of training and development.
  • Prepares and maintains required and necessary reports/records  for the Corporate Office.
  • Assists and coordinates  the development of the annual operating plan, activity schedules, projections for revenue
  • Takes the lead to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to improve customer satisfaction..
  • Develops or directs the development and preparation of comprehensive management reports and manuals
  • Participates and leads various interdepartmental project groups, special projects, and task forces.
  • Conducts a variety of organizational studies, investigations, and operational studies; recommend modifications to programs, policies, and procedures as appropriate.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all stakeholders
