Teleperformance Turkey has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Budget and Controlling Managerto work at İstanbul.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related departments of universities,

·       10+ years experience in financial controlling and budgeting

·       The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,

·       Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail,

·       Strong analytical skills,

·       Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills,

·       Improved problem solving skills, result-oriented,

·       Wide perspective of both from business side and financial aspects,

·       Good understanding of accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial modelling,

·       Ability to deal with top management and coordinating between teams,

Job Description

• Provide on-time and accurate monthly and YTD information regarding P&L and analysis of monthly performance issues. Ensure business reports are created on-time and with accuracy, in accordance with the reporting schedule.
• Reporting and analysis - present complex financial issues in a simple “customer friendly” manner.
• Develop key performance indicator reporting including new tools and propose value-added changes to better understand business drivers and reduce risks.
• Identify improvement areas, establish clear processes
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, leveraging finance network and available information
• Checking P&L and balances, monthly.
• Prepare consolidated  budgets according to montly and yearly calender
• Identify and communicate gap between proposed forecast and the financial commitment.
• Establish weekly actual follow up, monthly reporting package, P&L, profitability, expenses, etc.
• Have hands on experience in dynamic reporting environments.
• Preferably with experience in budgeting processes in service sector.
• Have good communications, problem solving skills between different levels and departments.
• Must have good command of English to communicate and present.
