Teleperformance Turkey has an exciting opportunity for a motivated "Marketing Specialist" to work at İstanbul Flatofis.

• University degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing positions
• Proficiency with MS Office programs especially with the Excel and Powerpoint and preferably advanced skills in Photoshop.
• Have working knowledge of Salesforce & Marketo or other CRM and mailing tools.
• Have successful human relationships and pro active mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with all management levels.
• Having advanced organizational skills and the ability to determine work priorities in a busy schedule.
• At least 3 years of work experience for agency management and also preferably event management.
• Result-oriented, motivated and professional attitude.
• Cautious, detail-oriented, and initiative.

Job Description

• Managing media relations via PR agencies. Preparing articles, press releases, and whitepapers, and organizing press meetings
• Ensuring the development and preparation of the company's printed materials, promotional and advertising materials,
• Preparation of all types of advertisement, adverts, brochures, magazine contents, press releases and success stories,
• Updating the main web page following TP Group's communication strategy, determining development/change areas, and providing the necessary actions,
• Managing TP Turkey’s official social media platforms (Linkedin and Twitter) followed by the TP Group’s strategy with the agency and creating content to increase brand awareness,
• Determining the field marketing activities to support sales targets and reporting
• Developing promotional materials (rollup, stand, brochure, flyer, flag, z card, etc.) towards solutions, services, and target markets,
• Preparing and updating company presentations / landing pages based on services, markets, or solutions
• Developing the content of demand generation campaigns, planning and executing,
• Organizing sitevisits
• Working closely with sales team for target segmentation, competition research, timeplan
• Keeping updated CRM system.
