Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
  
• English language skills in written and verbal communication,
  
• Min 1 year experience in Human Resources field.
• Required experience in interviewing & assessment techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize software tools and systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
• High attention to detail, able toset priorities and meet deadlines.
• Committed to working as a trusted team member

Job Description

The role of the Recruiter will include but not be limited to:

· Sourcing, recruiting and hiring for variety of positions.

· Execute and monitor sourcing activities across a variety of channels both local and international

· Understanding the profiles well communicate with the hiring managers when required.

· Identifying screening criteria and screening pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review

· Conducting interviews,applying languages tests and technical tests.

· Recording and maintaining candidate database.

· Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

· Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with all internal clients and candidates on a timely basis. Maintaining high level of customer service at all times

· Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment

· Preparing required recruitment reports and presentations on regular basis
