QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduates from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities
• With minimum 3 years experience in dealer management
• Experienced in analytical, planning, reporting and presentation capabilities
• High level representation and communication skills
• Gained competence in sales and after sales management and market development
• No travel restrictions
• Fluent in English
• Having a driving license     
• Residing /able to reside in Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Increase sales and service revenue for Volvo genuine spare parts in the dealer network by making continuous visits to dealers,
• Organize the necessary events to increase market share,
• Keep in constant contact with dealers to connect customer to brand and build customer loyalty after sale,
• Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of dealers and strengthen these areas,
• Organize and implement business plans of dealers,
• Identify deficiencies in the dealer network, search for new dealers according to need, and assign new dealers,
• Keeping dealer's stock quantities up-to-date to maintain customer satisfaction,
• Organize after-sales commercial campaigns and coordinate their efficiency,
• Arrange the dealer premium system, keep the premium system up to date by determining the deficiencies according to the needs, make calculations at the end of the period,
• Monitoring and development use of Dealer’s Dealer Management System.
