QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


Coordinating and improving Volvo genuine spare parts and service sales through dealer network by visiting customers, putting special offers for fleet customers, promoting Genuine Volvo Parts concept, attending marketing activities and collecting competitor information and proposing activities in order to increase market share and handling the necessary commercial training intended to increase competence level.

  

1.            Coaching and supporting dealers in order to increase spare parts penetration per truck and aftersales loyalty by actively working with customers, making both individual and joint visits to end customers together with the dealers and  preparing & following up aftersales sales plans.

2.            Supporting the dealers in spare parts and service sales to major fleet accounts by putting together special offers with dealers in order to increase sales.

4.            Supporting the customers in order to increase Volvo brand image, customer satisfaction and guiding the customers in maximizing profit level by communicating the Genuine Volvo Parts concept together with the dealers and taking part in marketing activities such as motor shows, road shows, commercial crews and other customer events. 

5.            Establishing parts sales and labour sales offers to end customers together with dealer network in order to increase part sales in competitive parts groups by benchmarking spare part competitors, proposing activities such as campaigns, package price offers, customer visit plans and following up the results.


Qualifications

1.            Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as; Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive etc.

2.             Min. 2 years of sales experience in the automotive/transportation sector that results in market knowledge,

3.             Excellent command of English, both written and verbally

4.            Good command of MS Office applications, knowledge of related Volvo Business Systems is an asset

5.            Ability to travel

More than 2 years of experience
