Job Descriptions

• Supports the development, deployment, implementation and review of the strategic plan and take an active role in putting the strategy into action by close interaction with stakeholders, customers, suppliers and external advisors.
• Supports the strategy development process, coordinates and manages the internal/ external stakeholders during the process. 
• Manages deployment steps and follows-up the implementation of strategic plan and organize strategic performance reviews. Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational priorities, KPIs, goals and initiatives and cascaded within the organization.
• Support and consult regional and functional units on the development of their business/ functional strategies
• Drives and supports the translation of the strategy into roadmaps and projects to execute.
• Closely follows-up the strategic projects portfolio, tracking the progress, identifying risks and providing regular updates to the Management.
• Continuously conducts market, technology, trend, competition and industry analysis to screen growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an engineering or business administration, MBA is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role 
• Experience in mobility industry or another comparable position is a plus
• Strategic insight, business acumen, Know-how of strategic tools and are experienced in developing strategies
• Leadership skills, experience in managing project teams
• Self-motivated, analytic and result-oriented
• Effective communication skills with a strong collaboration culture
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
