User Experience Researcher & Designer

As Temsa, we are looking for a "User Experience Designer" with a researcher, creative and entrepreneurial spirit as part of the team that will design new products and services to be offered to national and international markets through design, user research, prototyping and user scenarios. As part of this team, you will work with experts from different disciplines inside and outside the company, working on the emergence of products offered to the market.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS;

• Making interaction design,
• Use of design tools and techniques,
• Studying in design verification processes and methods and interpreting findings
• To know and apply design thinking principles,
• Preparing a design brief document based on findings and research,
• Knowing and applying the methods used to identify and prioritize problems and          needs,
• Developing creative solutions to problems and needs and using methods that will        trigger creativity,
• To know the methods to be used to develop solutions within the design team, the        user and other stakeholders, and to organize and carry out these studies and                workshops,
• To know and apply the methods used in the evaluation of designs.

QUALIFICATIONS;

•  Bachelor’s degree from related departments of universities
•  Interested or experienced in the field of user experience design,
•  Fluency spoken and written English,
•  Knowledgeable in research and exploration techniques,
•  Preferably experienced in product design processes and principles
•  Being prone to interdisciplinary work,
•  Being curious, open-minded and innovative,
•  To have leadership and strong communication skills,
•  To have creative and effective presentation skills,
•  To reside or willing to live in Istanbul,
