Sales Manager

Tenda is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager with at least three years of sales experience ( IT retail / channel, ICT, ISP, CCTV industry will be preferred ). The ideal candidate should be resourceful, problem-solving and able to flourish in an international company. 

Responsibilities

1. Analyse network equipment and security surveillance market, be familiar with local market and understand the latest market trend, be able to capture potential opportunities;

2. Business channel planning, based on the current products as well as the customer resources, make a channel developing plan;

3. Develop new channels, promote the business progress with customers. Be familiar with customers’ industries, geographical distribution, support customers in gaining sales clues, carry out feasible cooperation strategy;

4. Analyse current suppliers of target customer as well as the potential competitors, follow up requirements of customers, provide customer training in time;

5. Formulate a solution strategy for customer, make up a suggestion when issues occur in customer's sales and operation;

Qualifications

1. University degree in technology, telecommunications or business;

2. At least 3+ years of sales experience ( IT retail / channel, ICT, ISP, CCTV industry will be preferred );

3. A great track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets;

4. Strong negotiation and organizational skills;

5. Excellent analytic, strategy-making and communication skills;

6. Extensive experience and a working relationship with main tech customers;

7. Experience of formulating and executing sales strategies;

8. Familiarity with the domestic IT/network market;

9. Fluency in English will be preferred;
