Termal Seramik is one of the leading manufacturer of glazed porcelain floor and ceramic wall tiles for the construction industry. We are looking for Export Area Managers  with the following qualifications to join our export team located in our headquarter İstanbul. The position will report directly to the Vice President.

Hiring ‘’ Export Area Managers ‘’ who will develop and manage the sales of our products in the designated responsibility area / countries; create expansion in new territories and new customers.

·         University degree from a reputable university in relevant departments

·         5 to 8 years of work experience in foreign retail and/ of ceramic tile or natural stone industry with  strong network

 

·         Looking for oppurtunities for increasing the number of export countries. From the offer to sale by conducting the necessary negotiations with potential customers.

·         Doing regular field visits to current clients and finding new clients,

·         Working actively to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

·         Representing the company in national and multinational fairs.

·         Engage in activities to increase sales to existing customers.

·         Delivering customer demands to the production department accurately.

·         Starting export operations, tracking the entire process from production to delivery.

·         Working with the production and R&D team to manage and ensure customer satisfaction

·         Fluency in English and Additional languages is a plus such as German , French, Arabic, İtalian, Spanish

·         Strong knowledge of export and customs legislation

·         Proactivity and problem solving skills

·         Having strong self motivation, sales and customer relations skills

·         Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English

·         Energetic, cooperative and positive personality; ability to work with effectively in a diverse group of team members. Strong teamwork and communicational skills

·         Having no restriction to travel abroad no obstacles for traveling and  the ability to organize multi trips at long distances with excelllent time management and organization skills.

·         Preferably living on the Europeanside

·         Having a driving license and able drive.

 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Building sustainable business partnership with distributors, find out the organization that will distribute to the sales channels, to interview the dİstributor candidates , to follow-up performances

·         To determine the products to be sold, establish price structures, the compatibility of the products with the channel structure and ensure the targeted availability of products at the sales points

·         Doing market search for responsible region and countries, to plan the necessary actions in order to make them ready for sales by determining opportunities and risks and to play an active role in decision processes,

·         To specify the goals, which are determined in line with export strategies, based on region and country, to identify the necessary actions

·         To utilize the developments and opportunities in new and potential markets, to follow-up the tendencies in sales and distribution channels, actions of the competitors and market trends and to propose action suggestions,

·         Preparing sales reports and budgets

·         Following market trends & competition

·         Coordinating the relationship between client and internal functions

·         Following all logistic path to ensure on- time delivery

·         Understanding all export procedure and tax legislation

·         Have knowledge about all export procedures.

·         Ready to work long term in this job.

·         Excellent communication skills, close contact with customers and strong analytical and leadership skills.
