QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TERMOKAR  is in search of an organized, self-motivated Project and Sales Engineer.


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sales and Operation Support; Inline with the company's sales and marketing goals, it includes supporting the sales team in the process from the proposal stage of projects for existing and new markets

Listens to the needs of the customers given to him and receives their demands. In this direction, It makes follow-up and reminders for the closing of the sale and manages the process until the sales cycle is completed.

·         Based on the result of the feedback from the customers, he/she takes the relevant actions.

·         Supports the sales team from the sales announcement to delivery.

·         Work closely with internal teams (sales, account management, creative, technical teams) to share best practices.

·         Communicate with manufacturing  team for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.

 

·         Tracking the material stocks of the product that have been converted into orders, follows the process from approval to production,

·         According to production plan  ; warns the sales team, makes reminders, and ensures that it contains correct information.

·         Provides needed tecnical additionals to related departmant

·         Ensures that the transportation is carried out smoothly after the production process is over,

·         Prepares the required reports of the sales, supports the creation of technical catalogs for new products and the technical revision of the existing ones.

·         Create benchmarks and reference lists.

·         Periodically obtains the receivables information of the projects from the accounting department and directs it to the sales team. Follow-up of collections and reconciliations at certain periods.

·         It prepares and presents periodic or spontaneous reports on sales and marketing requested by its manager and company management.

  

REQUIREMENTS

·         Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,

·         Knowledge of HVAC systems

·         Ability to read Technical Drawing

·         Good interpersonal skills

·         Effective communication skills (written and oral)

·         Must have supervisory skills to plan, direct, organize, and control the activities of others with limited supervision

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

·         Good organization skills a must

·         References provided upon request

·         Experience in similar position for at least 2 years

·         Native in Turkish, fluent in English,
