Interior Design Project Responsible

Tersan Shipyard Inc. is one of the major global shipyards in Europe, serving its customers as a trusted partner in shipbuilding and in ship repair industries. For the new building division, we are looking for an Interior Design Project Responsible who will be a part of the Interior Design Team.

Job Responsibilities:

Major:

Manage accommodation related contracts for shipbuilding services in terms of profitability, shipyard standards and client satisfaction.

Issue the documents and engineering drawings based on agreed documentation systems for smooth operation on site.

Coordinate supplier and contractor parties for proper execution of projects.

Arrange and attend meetings with stakeholders both in office and on site.

Control engineering drawings for human factors criteria and regulations in marine projects.

Help with the design, planning and execution of infrastructure projects for infrastructure department.

Minor:

Help with the design of promotional materials for business development department.

Establishing vendor bases for various projects for new materials.

Competencies:

Formal qualification in Architecture.

At least 3 years experience in Interior Project Coordination.

Familiar with Turkish building codes and regulations.

Previous experience in ship/yacht building sector would be a significant asset.

Fluent in Turkish and English language both spoken and written.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to take on more than one project.

AutoCAD and MSOffice competent.

Adept with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Competent in at least one of the following: 3DSMax, Sketchup, Rhinoceros
