QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Direct Specialist

Acts as main interface / point of contact for employees and managers on HR related areas, depending on role and area of responsibility. Contributes to an overall successful delivery of HR services to employees and managers. Super user for HR systems where applicable for role.

The role will serve market greater Middle East and Africa and will be based in a multinational team spread across the geography.

What you will do

  1. Acts as first or second line support (depending on role) for all HR matters within area and location of responsibility. Solves problems within practice and precedent.
  2. Maintains and updates HR information with relevant teams by building a knowledge inventory to expedite resolution of queries accurately.
  3. Responds accurately and timely to incoming questions and /or errands.
  4. Where appropriate for the role, registers errands in the relevant ticket handling system and ensure responses are within the set Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  5. Escalates questions / errands to appropriate HR contact when necessary on specific areas of queries toprovide seamless resolution. Manage, track and follow up on employee queries in the ticket handling system.
  6. Guides and points employees and managers to information on HR self service portal(ORBIS) in order to foster a habit of finding the necessary data on the portal.
  7. Maintains and updates HR information with relevant teams/local files etc.
  8. Builds a knowledge inventory of frequently asked questions to expedite resolution of queries accurately

We believe you have

  1. Bachelor's of Business Administration
  2. At least 3 years of experience in HR.
  3. General HR knowledge, including solid knowledge of service and consulting skills.
  4. Advanced system knowledge (SAP HR, Ticket handling system) qualifying for super user role. 
  5. Proficient in written and spoken English
