Future Talent Programme

Our Future Talent Programme - Technical Track is a 1-year programme that will develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way.

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

Future Talent -Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for young, talented & ambitious future talent-Commissioning Engineer who is ready to join Tetra Pak's team in Turkey,Istanbul.

What will you do

As Future Talent- Commissioning Engineer you will:

• Participate in validation/ reviewing technical solutions for engineering.
• Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements.
• Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety.
• Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues and comply with all reporting requirements.
• Independently commission basic food and beverage plants and complete required project documentation.
• Work as part of a Commissioning Team to commissioning complex food and beverage plants and complete required project documentation.
• Work as part of the Project Design Team when commissioning works are not required.
• Travel extensively through the Greater Middle East region to work at our customers’ sites.
• Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring good working relationships with the customer and Tetra Pak colleagues and that Tetra Pak’s reputation is sustained.

Who you are

We believe you have:

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Chemical).
• Not more than 2 year of work experience.
• Attitude and Flexibility is a key.
• Must have an innovation mindset; must be a fast thinker and like to solve problems.
• Enjoy working with people from various cultures.
• You are passionate about what you do.
• High willingness to travel and spend time at customers’ factories located across the region.
• You can work and learn in English and Turkish– fluent read, write and speak.
