Previous experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Fire and Security related rules and legislations
Excellent communication skills in all aspects, good organisational and administrative skills
To be passionate about delivering the very best service for your residents and hotel guests
Confident, composed, approachable, able to use diplomacy to handle different situations, and can motivate your team under pressure
Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24 hour operation.
