Description

• Follow up daily operation management to ensure operational processes are inline with KPI’s.
• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders.
• Communucation with Service Providers, Customer Service, Commercial and Brand Teams
• Monitor and report the performance of operational processes, prepare presentations.
• Process material movements into the relevant forms/reports in the SAP ERP system,
• Make data analaysis to improve productivity&decrease customer compliants
• Contrtibute to new projects
• Work proactively with 3PL Logistics teams and site operations leaders to improve, review and implement standard processes and procedures
• Participate to HSE(Health, Safety, Environment) Culture and quality improvement projects (internally and / or with suppliers)
• Control and track monthly invoices of suppliers.
  

Qualifications

• University Degree
• Good command of English
• At least 4 years in the logistics field (with min. 3 years of warehouse management)
• High computer proficiency (MS Office, SAP)
• Strong communicator
• Genuinely interested in developing others
• Able to work under time constraints
• Analytical mind and close attention to detail and follow up
• Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
• Driver's license (B) required
