We are searching candidates for the “Merchandising Planning & Designer  ” position available at The Land of Legends - İstanbul Office , which is an International Hotel Group in tourism sector.

Responsibilities

• Conducting trends and innovation researches,
• Participation and leading in design and product development projects,
• Planning and catagorising product consideringly customer preferences, seasonal trends and targets.
• Guiding and coordinating the product development process,
• Taking an active role in the implementation of sketches and development of new ideas,
• Having a good command of technical and production  issues in the field,
• Analysing current sales data and trends to create sales forecasts for future periods. Ensuring the right amount of products are procured at the right time to meet sales goals.
• Monitoring current stock levels, optimising stock turnover and making adjustments to inventory as needed.
• Preparing regular reports on product performance, stock levels, sales trends, and customer demands. Reporting analysis to managers.
• Analysing sales, stock, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Making data-driven decisions by using business intelligence tools and reporting methods.

Requirements and Skills

• University degree preferably in an analytical discipline, e.g. engineering or business,
• Minimum 7 years of Merchandise Planning and Designer experience,
• Kids apperal and toys experience is the reason for preference,
• Advanced English knowledge,
• Proactive, analytical thinker, team worker, problem solver, communicatory,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Can use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM and 3D programs well,
• Highly interested and successor in luxury brands and fashion trends, high level of customer oriented thinking,
• Having a commercial perspective, following the developments and innovations in the sector, researcher,
• Prone to teamwork and cooperation,
