User Experience Site Manager

The Land of Legends Theme Park

We are looking for a team player who is going to be placed as " USER EXPERIENCE SITE MANAGER " The position is located in our International Tourism Sector section of  Marketing Department The Land of Legends Theme Park Antalya.

• Develop effective and well-branded user experience throughout multiple properties. Prepare strategic decisions as well as trade-offs based on project priority,
• Develop outcome metrics associated with development projects to measure effectiveness and business value,
• Sign off on user experiences across digital products,
• Lead collaboration through online and offline product, marketing and operations,
• Identify and manage required budgets for user experience,
• Direct insight formulations and Story-Telling,
• Design and conduct qualitative research studies, including user interviews, in-person or remote usability studies, focus groups, etc., for our existing and future products,
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Product General Managers, Architects, Operations & Revenue,
• Analyze past product, feature and vendor performance,
• Evaluate user feedback and develop recommendations to solve pain points,
• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations,
• Develop systems-level design thinking, deliver design solutions that scale,
• Represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content and technology,
• Use various inputs to identify and define exciting new concepts, opportunities, and customer problems.

• Min. 5 years of experience in an marketing & digital environment,
• Min 4 years UX experience,
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous projects,
• Extreme attention to detail and consistency,
• Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems ,
• Highly skilled in graphic design,
• High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
