Key accountabilities

• Always ensure the delivery of exceptional wine service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests. Exceeds guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles.
• Look for anticipating the guests' needs.
• Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, making sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Observe and maintain daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in The Signature restaurant.
• Ensure the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene are maintained.
• Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships.
• Understand and accurately follows the procedures to ensure compliance with set operational policies and standards.

General requirements

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. 
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within wine service at fine dining restaurants or Luxury Hotel.
• Good knowledge of wine and all related facets.
• Detail oriented, approachable, organized, and curious. 
• Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
