ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER- SWATCH STORE at NEW AIRPORT

We are looking for Assistant Store Manager for our New Swatch Store  will be opened at NEW AIRPORT

• Minimum University Degree,
• Have fluency English; Arabic are asset
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a Assistant Store Manager Position,
• Excellent management and communication skills,
• Have a passion for customer service
• Personel engagement into the role and the brand
• Profound retail operational knowledge, understanding of store's trading dynamics
• Exceptional planning and execution skills,
• Focused on building capability of the team, able to motivate and inspire
• Male candidates must have completed their military service

• Leads highly motivated teams with Store Manager
• Manages customer relations,
• Results focus and business oriented
• Controls VM standards, activities and maintains the image of the store,
• Deliver store profit, set actions to maximize sell-out with Store Manager
• Execute store operations policies and procedures requirements,
• Ensure commercial awareness and motivation of store team that inspires and generates a drive towards, achievement of the store's KPIs
