QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Training & Development Specialist/Assistant Specialist" with the following qualifications to join our HR Team at Istanbul Airport.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields,
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and talent development management,
  • At least 2 years of experience in LMS,
  • Have a teaching formation/training the trainer certificate,
  • Knowledge of Civil Aviation Instructions in Turkey (SHT HAD, SHT Course 1-8) preferred,
  • Knowledge the Quality Management Systems and able to prepare and revise documentation in this direction,
  • Very good command of written and spoken English,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Team player, with strong planning and organizational skills that pay attention to details,
  • Having an analytical and proactive approach,
  • Self-motivated and open to discovering and learning new trends,
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment,
  • Solution oriented and positive attitude.

Job description:

  • Organizing and providing appropriate trainings for all employees,
  • Working in coordination with the human resources department,
  • Making training needs analysis, and reporting the result, contacting the relevant training companies,
  • Preparing and organizing trainings according to the annual training plan,
  • Providing the orientation training for newcomers and coordinating the program,
  • Making training organizations according to the training plan and coordinating with internal trainers,
  • Preparation of training support materials (eg. PowerPoint presentations, handouts, communication, etc.),
  • To ensure the development and manage the e-learning platform,
  • Keeping the e-learning system up to date,
  • Supporting the training processes, following the attendance lists and keeping the records,
  • Following new digital learning trends and platforms and paving the way for the best options
  • To follow the training activities by performing the post-training exam applications and to make the necessary reports,
  • Preparation of the annual learning and development budget within the scope of responsibility.
  • Creating training contents by using different computer software’s such as MS PowerPoint, video editing tools or etc.
  • To coordinate with our company representative authorized by the General Management of Civil Aviation in Turkey (SHGM)
  • Participating in audits of our customers and relevant aviation authorities.
  • Assisting the manager in conducting training needs analysis.
  • Assisting the manager in preparing the training plan.
