General Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic or Industrial Engineering from reputable universities,
• At least 2-5 years’ experience in automotive industry
• Knowledge of Production Machinary andEquipment design, launch activities with external suppliers,
• Organizational skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, decision-making ability, analytical thinking and , rigor,respect for confidentiality,sense of initiative,
• Communication skills, ability to coordinate project meetings, decisive regarding the targets, ability to lead feedback plans in case of a drift,
• Command of office automation systems and MS Office (Portal, PDM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Good command of verbal and written English,
• Knowledge of production organization tools is a preference,
• Strong machine-equipment and technical knowledge,
• Having a valid driving license and active driver,
• Able to travel in Turkey & abroad.

Job Description:

• To review design, specification and implementation of new process, from product development to the production stages, in accordance with production targets in terms of quality, cost and delivery,
• To manage serial changes of projects/lines acc.to change management methodology,
• To study the possibility of improving production and quality in current processes,
• To assure the quality of initial samples,
• To provide feedback for project engineers relating to their designs for project development,
• Is member of the Project team since launching,  
• Takes part in product design to ensure the product’s feasibility (FMEA product, plan review,…),
• Leads the industrialization plant, he/she conducts the tasks provided for in the project Quality Plan based on the current standards (Synoptic of manufacturing, FMEA process, control plan, specifications, manufacturing file, process validation…) 
• Ensures the industrialization planning, the allocated budget, the coherence of process design compared to the specifications; this is performed in cooperation with the Project Manager, and/or Product Line Industrialization Manager, 
• Participates in the technical meetings and the project reviews, 
• Leads the action plan of product/process development and validates the technical choices, 
• Responsible for maintaining the technical data of the process, 
• Takes an active part in themachinerysuppliers’ choices of production resources, in the monitoring of their execution and validates their approval, 
• May be required to support improvements or changes on a process during the product’s serial production, 
• Takes an active role in building on technical knowledge and developing expertise within the assigned area of responsibility,
• Leads a team of Process Technicians and/or carry out a part of their missions according to the complexity of assigned projects,
• To cooperate in analyzing production and production control, conducting tests and taking limit samples,
• Define necessary technological investment requirements ofManufacturing Engineering department to meet customer needs. Construct plans to achieve this goal.
