QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for a NPP Buyer whom will be a part of our organization. Please apply with an English CV .
 

  • Purchasing experience in Automotive industry preferred
     
  • Good/Strong negotiation skills/techniques
     
  • Technical Knowledge of any utilized NPP production technology (eg. Packaging).
     
  • Costing calculation- and cost reduction techniques
     
  • IATF 16949 & equivalent quality systems knowledge
     
  • High Level of Motivation and professionalism.
     
  • Good analytical skills as well as planning capabilities
     
  • English language skills required.
      
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
     
  • Experience with MRP system like BPCS, AS400


  • Establish yearly purchasing budget plan + cost reduction plan for free spend material for plant Gebze.
  • Maintain the processes  to be compliant with the global Procedures in Purchasing department to meet IATF 16949 requirements
  • Review and supervise Purchase order placement process to meet TI and legal requirements of TI Fluid Systems
  • Fulfill goals and objectives set up on yearly bases by direct superior.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers for the plant(s)                                        
  • 1/ Capital expenditure up to 50K€                                                                                        
  • 2/ Non Productive Material management for tank systems
  • Initiate sourcing committees for local requirements
  • Setup local Commodity Strategy targeting both cost- and supplier reduction
  • Support implementation of any European/Global Strategy
  • Cost saving vs budget
  • NPM saving
  • Supplier reduction vs budget
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Keeping statistics and evaluations and creation of monthly Activity-Reports
  • Support in preparations to Audits
  • The jobholder should be proactive in enhancing the personal skills through training and working practices.

Preferred Candidate

5 - 15 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
