Software Support Specialist (Shift Team)

QUALIFICATION

·         Graduated from related departments of universities,

·         Preferably 2-5 years of experience

·         Able to adapt to the shift working system,

·         Worked in teams whose working order was at night,

·         Having knowledge and experience in internet, e-commerce systems, web hosting services,

·         Worked in departments of companies such as software support and helpdesk,

·         Has knowledge of css and html to detect problems and produce solutions

·         Preferably with sql knowledge and application experience,

·         Able to adapt to flexible and busy working hours,

·         Solution oriented, prone to teamwork

We are looking for a "Software Support Specialist" teammate to work at our head office in Ataşehir.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         To understand the problems of customers who reach them by phone or ticket system and give the necessary support,

·         Making necessary referrals to other relevant departments,

·         To solve the problems that can be solved by remote connection method.
