Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management departments from reputable Universities.
  
• 4 to 8 years of experience, including production, project management, supply chain management in an international industrial environment.
  
• Result & Success driven personality, with excellent planning and organizational skills. Strong and demanding character to motivate employees.
  
• Native level English is required, and French is an asset.
  

Job Description

• To organize logistics tenders and to negotiate the service prices with the related companies.
  
• Management of import operations by considering the stock levels and sales forecasts in cooperation with Zone Director.
  
• Coordination & Follow Up of the replenishment process (Supply planning meetings and periodical reporting’s, etc.)
  
• Take active role for anticipating the needs,
  
• Prepare project for reducing the cost of storage, (Financial Cost)
  
• S & OP process management (Forecasts management, Order Portfolio management, daily follow up of order taking process, etc.).
  
• During the vessel unloading operations, to ensure the coordination with the Finance Department & Customs & Customs Agencies & Ports & Transporter Agencies & Survey Companies & Transporters & Warehouse Responsible.
  
• To check the inspection reports of the survey companies for bulk imports to secure the quality & quantity of products.
  
• To deal with the quality issues along with the related factories if needed. To organize and coordinate the claim processes.
  
• Contract management and coordination with all logistics service providers (customs agencies, transport agencies, ports, bag suppliers, bagging companies, transporters, labeling companies, etc.)
  
• Prepare monthly reporting regarding, Deliveries, Imports & Order Portfolio Management.
  
• Management of warehouses operations. (Stock entries, deliveries, loadings etc.)
  
• Management of daily delivery operations with Logistics team.
