We are looking for a HR Organizational Development Specialist for our head office in İstanbul/Beylerbeyi who will be reporting to HR Manager and assigned to the following tasks;
· University degree in a related department
· At least 3 years of experience in core Human Resources areas
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications
· Self-motivated, detail & result oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
· Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills
· No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
Responsible for all functions of the human resources management including Selection&Recruitment Management, Training & Development Management, Performance Management, Career Management, Internal Communication and HR related reporting,
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process (screening, interviews, technical exams, evaluation). Co-ordinate third party search and selection companies and follow up the process,
- Responsible for orientation and training activities including but not limited to training need analysis, annual training calendar, planning and management of the training budget, selection of suppliers, evaluation of training effectiveness, and setting up orientation program for white collar employees,
- Manage organizational development projects such as Performance Evaluation System, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Suggestion System, Career Map, Portal Management (TiryaKiler)..etc.
- Set up and launch recruitment, budget and performance management systems for overseas subsidiaries of Tiryaki Group,
- Responsible for drafting procedures, writing job descriptions, organizational modelling studies, etc.
- Responsible for preparing and updating organization charts,
- Responsible for Tiryaki Social Activity Plan,
- Implement Axapta HR module,
- Prepare periodical (monthly, quarterly and annually) and adhoc HR reports,
- Support internal communications with regard to all aspects of the Human Resources Strategy,
- Work closely with all departments as a solution partner.
- Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment
