QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a relevant discipline,
• Minimum 4 years of experience within insurance/brokers field specifically within the Marine Cargo Business. Knowledge of claims and other type of the insurance policies will be an asset,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
• Good command of insurance law & terminology,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• No restrictions for travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking necessary actions in order to improve the in-house insurance processes, to optimize insurance costs together with potential impacts of insurable risks,
•  Reviewing the technical & legal basis for insurance contracts, collecting insurance offers, coordinating the necessary negotiation phases with potential Suppliers,
• Providing insurance management advisory support to business units and related training/awareness activities,
• Manage the claim processes efficiently,
• Meeting insurance requests from Businesses, and guiding them in terms of insurable risks, insurance products with different terms,
• Analyzing insurance needs and providing optimum coverage, costs and claim settlements for all the Group Companies assets and benefits,
• Monitoring the potential risk areas and developing related action plans.
