MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER

With a 50-year experience in the agricultural commodity sector, Tiryaki is the largest agricultural commodity trading company in Turkey which adds value to agricultural commodities with managing the supply chain efficiently. Tiryaki ensures the products cultivated all around the world reach our table productively. We are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager to join to the Marketing Organization.

The Marketing Communication Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Determine and monitor marketing communication goals.
• Manage agency (Advertising, PR, Digital and Media) relations, define third party strategy and brand collaborations.
• Develop creative briefs and guides to lead creative teams in line with business objectives.
• Plan and manage the communication of the brand in conventional and digital media.
• Manage digital marketing operations; Monitoring Social Media activities and creating projects in social networks
• Design and coordinate campaigns, events, projects, social responsibility, sponsorship and advertising activities across channels
• Develop and Manage Corporate Identity, Improve the design and the content of the company website, catalogue and all other written and visual materials
• Carry out internal communication activities
• Plan, implement and evaluate process of public relations activities
• Follow-up of visual and written press relations
• Prepare for and follow up internal and external congresses, fairs, conferences and all   other organizations/events

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ( Masters degree is a plus),

·       Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand and Corporate Communications,

·       Fluency in English

·       Proficiency in MS Office programs,

·       Advanced communication skills, high brand and company representation

·       Experienced in team management

·       No travel restrictions
