QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The name TITANIC HOTELS, was on agenda after the opening of the first resort hotel of the group, ship-shaped, 5-star hotel with 653 rooms, Titanic Beach Lara in Antalya, Turkey in 2003. The Group’s story of Hotel Management started in 1998. Tourism Investments started in Istanbul, Turkey in 1998 with a hotel offering 45 rooms and continued in 2000 with a new hotel offering 100 rooms in Istanbul, Turkey again.

In conjunction with the admired success of Turkey’s first concept hotel -Titanic Beach Lara - in service industry, all the hotels of the Group united under the brand mark TITANIC HOTELS.

The brand mark TITANIC HOTELS, which is born in Turkey and has become an important global label, supports Turkish Economy and creates vital recruitment with its corporations.

The newest investment of AYG Group is Titanic Downtown Beyoğlu, which promises a unique accommodation experience for its guests in the Heart of Istanbul, with its easily accessible location to business, art and entertainment centers and original architecture

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experienced in employee relations, seasonal opening&closures, recruitment, compensation, training & organizational development
  • High degree of confidentiality, business ethics, integrity and responsibility
  • Strategic business partner for senior management and employees  Self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong people-oriented and influencing skills


İŞ TANIMI

  • Recruiting, orienting, training, coaching and disciplining, employment processing, compensation, training and development
  • Health and safety, employee relations and labor relations
  • Periodically reporting to head quarters
  • Resolving all problems, implementing change in the organization
  • Being proactive with all processes Ensure completion of management reports for both corporate and owner office
  • Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
  • Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines
  • Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
  • Assist and resolve team member and queries

Preferred Candidate

3 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
