Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position (Project management) in elevator-escalator sector is a must, plus minimum 3 years of managerial experience 

PMP certification is preferred

Ability to represent the company & to focus on customers

Has leadership skills and  customer-oriented profile

Good knowledge of MS Office Programs and design tools

 Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Examine the projects' sales costs and provide feedback to correct the pre-kickoff and kickoff meetings

To monitor the costs of the project on a monthly basis and to create a business plan for the completion of the targeted margin

To make additional sales by creating favorable conditions to increase the profitability of the project

To ensure customer satisfaction by establishing positive relationships with the customer and to contribute to the arrival of new contracts from the same customer

To follow the payment process expected from the customer according to the provisions of the contract 

To ensure that supervisors and technical field personnel work in accordance with the contract, to create working efficiency, to manage and monitor subcontractors

To adapt or establish the most appropriate project procedures in order to fulfill the contract requirements and to check the compliance with the procedures

To ensure that the necessary resources, tools, materials and protocols are made on time according to the deadline agreed with the customer
