We are looking for an "IT Specialist" to work in the IT department of our office in Levent Nida Tower

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in network establishments, network security, VPN, or related fields
• Deep understanding of database systems, data modeling & SQL, and system analysis principles
• Advanced knowledge of networking and VPN systems (Firewalls, VLANs, Switches, Routers, Access Points, Hotspots)
• High social communication and persuasion skills in dealing with other team members 
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent writing and presentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Implement security measures
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance with requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
