About the role

By joining our team as a “CRM Specialist” you’ll help us manage the company’s technology to improve marketing and maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care.

Responsibilities

  •     Collaborate with other departments to identify customer support and technology    problems and resolve them
  •        Creating and following the determined CRM reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  •        Offering suggestions and solutions to meet the needs of the company
  •        Testing and analyzing all CRM activities to get the best results
  •       Follow up on the developments in the field of CRM and include new applications in   the workflow
  •        Protecting the confidentiality of company and customer information

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in CRM-related fields, Business Analysis, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Exce
  • Proficiency in English
