 About the role

By joining our team as a “Medical Tourism Sales Consultant” you’ll help us retain our core customer base and deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, and how we may improve our products or services. İnforming and explaining the desired treatments to turn our customers' health dreams into reality. The team shapes the medical experience by negotiating for the best possible results.

 Responsibilities

• Follow-up sales lead through all social media channels such as our website, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Directly contact potential patients from Europe to understand and qualify their needs for a potential treatment/procedure in Turkey
• Work in close collaboration with the clinics/hospitals in TM Marketing’s accredited partner portfolio and ensure that they prepare the most suitable medical service offering for the patient’s needs
• Work as a trusted advisor for the patient and organize and support a personalized medical stay if required before and/or after the procedures.

 Requirements

• Proficiency in german  spanish english arabic 
• Experience in the health tourism
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
